Adjudication

Adjudication is a formal range of techniques and processes for the resolution of disputes outside the courts. It can take the form of an arbitration, hearing, investigation, or a combination of processes.

Facilitation

Facilitation is any process where a third party chairs a conversation. The facilitator supports and manages constructive dialogue between groups with diverse and often diametrically opposite views or positions.
